This document contains detailed information about the conditions of using the mi77 platform, account registration, bonus policy, payments, and responsible gaming.
1. General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the mi77 platform and its associated services ("Services"). By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on the mi77 platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
To create an account and use the Services on mi77, you must be 21 years of age or older. We may request identity documents or other verification at any time to confirm your age. mi77 reserves the right to suspend an account if proof is not provided.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each user may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration — including name, date of birth, address, and payment details — must be true, accurate, and complete. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure. It is the user's responsibility to keep their account updated with the latest correct information whenever details change.
2.4 Account Verification (KYC)
mi77 may conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification where required. As part of this process, a national identity card, passport, or other government-approved identity document may be requested. Withdrawal access may be limited until verification is completed.
3. Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details — username and password — completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
If you suspect that someone has gained unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. mi77 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access, but will make every effort to assist based on the circumstances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit amount at mi77 is ৳100 (per method). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Your account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal request. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit. If bonus wagering requirements have not been met, they must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be made.

5. Bonus & Promotion Policy
5.1 Welcome Bonus
mi77 offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, making your total balance ৳47,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. This applies only to the bonus amount — not to the deposit amount. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of ৳25,000 before withdrawing. Not all bets count toward this target — only bets placed on games approved by mi77 will count.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses must be used within a specified period, otherwise they will be automatically cancelled.
- No more than one bonus can be active at a time.
- Before wagering requirements are met, only deposited funds may be withdrawn — not winnings earned from bonuses.
- mi77 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion, bonus terms, or bonus amounts.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, mi77 will investigate and may suspend the account if necessary.
6. Gaming Rules
All games on mi77 are operated according to defined rules. Each game may have its own specific rules, which can be found on the relevant game page.
6.1 Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game. These limits may vary by game and may change from time to time. A maximum bet limit may apply while bonus wagering is in progress.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server error, internet disconnection, or any other technical issue, mi77 reserves the right to make a decision based on the circumstances. In such cases, the game round may be cancelled and the bet amount refunded.
6.3 Sports Betting
Bets in the sports betting section are accepted at the set odds. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount is generally refunded, though specific market conditions may vary. Once a result is declared, mi77's decision is final.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mi77 platform. Violation of these terms will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Creating an account using false or fraudulent information.
- Abusing bonus offers or attempting to defraud the bonus system.
- Using third-party payment methods — deposits and withdrawals must be made through a method registered in the account holder's own name.
- Attempting to hack the platform's software or game engine, or exploiting vulnerabilities.
- Threatening, harassing, or behaving improperly toward other users.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
- Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
8. Responsible Gaming

- Account information being compromised due to the user's own negligence.

- Any expected losses related to game outcomes.

11. Service Suspension & Termination
11.1 Suspension by mi77
mi77 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account for the following reasons:

- Providing false information or failing identity verification.
- Legal obligations or instructions from a regulatory authority.
If a legitimately earned balance exists and no breach of Terms has been established, arrangements will be made to return that balance upon account closure.
11.2 Termination by User
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing the account, all outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any available balance must be withdrawn.
12. Changes to Terms
mi77 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their account or a clear announcement will be made on the platform.
Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you may stop using the Services and request that your account be closed.
